Leeds Ahead is a dynamic not for profit company that facilitates private sector involvement in the social and economic regeneration of Leeds. It is a pioneering initiative that seeks to harness the significant resource of our successful business community to support, at strategic and practical levels, the regeneration of the city’s most disadvantaged communities.
The work of the Leeds Ahead team and its private, public and voluntary sector partners is making a tangible difference to the lives and prospects of many people who are not sharing in the city’s success. Leeds Ahead helps deliver the city’s strategic priorities outlined in “Vision for Leeds II 2004-2020” and unlocks the city’s development potential to enable Leeds to remain competitive.
Leeds Ahead partner with leading businesses across the area to support vital projects for the regeneration of the City. Through partnership with Northern Foods plc, who are strong supporters of Leeds Ahead, the organisation was put in touch with Independent RPO to help support a vital recruitment drive.
Leeds Ahead is looking to grow over the forthcoming months and required the services of a recruitment specialist who could advise them on the most cost effective and efficient approach to recruiting critical individuals to the organisation.
