Having spent 7 years working for Recruitment Consultancies I decided I needed a new challenge which would allow me to be involved in the Recruitment Process from end to end, with more strategic involvement. As a Recruitment Account Director I am able to enjoy using a range of skills including ‘selling’ ideas , managing change, service delivery, relationship building and negotiation to achieve best practice recruitment and to see first hand the positive and far-reaching impact this can have on the overall performance of a business.
