How do I apply?

Where are you located?
Our HQ is located in Leeds, but the majority of our employees are based on site at our clients in Wakefield, Leeds, Hemel Hemstead, Hull, Gloucester and Central London.
Can I email Independent RPO with a question or to follow up my application?
To follow up your application or to ask a question that has not already been covered in this section, please send an email to Careers@independentrpo.com. A member of the Internal Resourcing Team will then be able to assist you.
Can I apply for more than one role?
Yes, but it is advisable to only apply for those roles that most closely match your skills and requirements.
Can I apply if I don't have a full work-permit?
No. We can only consider applications from individuals with a full and valid permit to work in the UK.
What can I expect at an interview?
Friendly people and lots of questions. We'll want to know all about your background and whether your skills match our requirements and the role for which you're applying. Of course, interviews work two ways, so you will be encouraged to ask questions about the organisation. You will also be asked a range of competency based questions from the Independent RPO competency framework. Candidates who are successful at the 1st interview stage will be invited to a 2nd interview and a will be asked to create a role related presentation which will be prepared on the day and to complete an online psychometric test. The format of assessment exercises is tailored to the role.
