Independent RPO was established in January 2005 in the belief that the recruitment industry has too many examples of poor quality service and its stakeholders need to take ownership of driving best practice resourcing.
Independent RPO has a team of 14 helping clients to achieve this, operating from both our Head Office which opened in September 2006 in Leeds, and from our client sites.
With our clients ranging from the FTSE 250 to small, local charities, and covering an array of industries sectors, our team of specialist HR and Recruitment professionals work hard with our clients helping them to achieve good practice.
